With first hand experience living with chronic anxiety, Tameka has a passion for empowering people to achieve a state of being where they can transcend their day to day experience of anxiety, revealing life to be a more loving, joyful and relaxing ride.
With a driving desire to get kids meditating, Tameka has over nine years experience as a Resilience Coach, working with children and young people in class and one-on-one formats, to support healthy development of self esteem, emotional intelligence and resilience, leadership and social skills. Her background in Yoga, Holistic Counselling & Mind-Body Medicine, along with various energy healing modalities, led her to specialise in working with women to reach healthy levels of self worth.
Tameka works on the frontline of the homelessness crisis, witnessing first-hand the devastating impact of Australia’s mental health epidemic on individuals and the community. In 2022 she is undertaking training at the Australian Doula College.
